Welcome to *digizeit*'s wiki. You are welcome to contribute to this wiki in any manner you might like, writing in [markdown format](https://github.com/adam-p/markdown-here/wiki/Markdown-Cheatsheet). The wiki protocol works a lot like Wikipedia does. We will try to make use of this wiki, as we will with other GitLab features, throughout the course.
As an introductory exercise, everyone should create a wiki page in the biographies section, describing themselves, what they're doing here, and what they hope to get out of the course (for example). If there's an interesting bit of digital and/or historical research that you're involved in, or that you want to discuss, feel free to describe and link to it in your bio, or even make a new page about it!
Note that you can easily link to issues using a hashtag (e.g. #1), people (e.g. @martin.dusinberre) or repository commits (e.g. the first commit to this repository, b73eb2689962ed76b6e347522bd9b774e9edc65a).
Looking forward to working with you all this semester!
