Fixed 1-indexing to 0-1indexing for preview image filenames

using a copy in the publications folder this time..

Updated Mouse_list_codebook.csv to correspond with the new column names defined in the template.

Update _quarto.yml - added url of repo. This is used later in a code chunk in publications, to generate the URLS to the protocols
