## Data description
The description of the data, including a description of the variables and examples, can be found in the pdf ```reflexives-britain-ireland-SOM1.pdf``` and, as a TeX-file with bibliographical references, in the folder ```data-description```.
## Data
The data used in the study is located in the folder ```data```. The polygons used for the maps are stored as individual ```GeoJSON```-files for each point in time (i.e. 800, 1200, and 1900) in the folder ```data/geo```. The feature data is stored as 4 ```csv```-files as matching before/after pairs for the two epochs defined in the study (i.e. from 800 to 1200 and from 1200 to 1900).
## Script
The R-script can be found in the pdf ```reflexives-britain-ireland-SOM1.pdf``` (produced with ```knitr```) and as an ```Rmarkdown```-file in the folder ```script```. Please be aware that the results of the Bayesian inference varies slightly with each run and that the calculations may take some time.
