Switch to Rmd, filter in WTA cells for TSO Seurat objects

Minor update to create a list of Seurat objects, TSO and WTA, keeping as TSO 'cells' those which are WTA CBs/cells.

I've added a knitr::knit_exit() to stop knitting after this small addition; you might need to remove this step and wrap other R code in {r} chunks
