Allow more variability in input filenames

At the beginning of IMMense where it looks for input data with the pattern:

/***_{R1,R2}.fastq.gz

Could we instead allow for something like:

/***_{R1,R2}*.fastq.gz

to account for cases like the one below (received on SPSP):

BacteriaXXX_R2_001.fastq.gz

currently not recognised by IMMense and requiring manual renaming, thanks!
